Introduction

This resource returns a single feedback identified by feedback_key, in a summarized representation: key, status, origin and the message history. It is the recommended route to track whether a feedback is open, answered (replied by you) or closed (closed by QI Tech).

This route returns fewer fields than the listing

The response does not include description, category, type or data. If you need the request text or the feedback category, use List Feedbacks — the listing returns the full object. The message format is also different between the two routes; compare the tables below before reusing your parser.

Search scope

The feedback is located within the investor registration given in investor_key, covering the two possible origins:

• feedbacks opened about a registration analysis of the investor (origin_type: investor_analysis);
• feedbacks opened about a related party of any analysis of that investor (origin_type: related_party_analysis).

A feedback_key that exists but belongs to another investor results in 404 with the IVR000089 code — the same response as a nonexistent key.
