Create Investor Owner

Introduction

This resource creates an ownership / responsibility link (investor_owner) between the analysis investor and another investor already existing in the system (identified by the given CNPJ). It is used mainly in managed portfolio flows to register the portfolio manager.

When to use

• For investment funds (fund_class), the links with the administrator and the manager are created automatically when the analysis is sent for validation, based on CVM public data. This endpoint should be used to register additional links (e.g. exclusive investor, portfolio manager), or for flows other than auto-enrichment.
• The investor referenced by the document_number must be previously registered with the distributor.

Input / Output

As input, send the CNPJ of the investor who will be the "owner" and the link type.

As output, the 201 Created status is returned.
