Portfolio webhooks
The portfolio sends the composition.status_change webhook when it changes to certain statuses. It is sent only to the manager of the fund class.
Signature, headers and retry policy are the same as for all webhooks: see Webhook Authentication.
When it is sent
status | When | What to do |

pending_confirmation | The portfolio is ready and awaits the manager's approval. | Review the portfolio and approve or reject it. |
confirmed | The portfolio was confirmed: the validation portfolio, when approved by the manager (or automatically, if the class has automatic approval); the final portfolio, at the end of processing. | Query or download the portfolio. |
reprocessed | An already confirmed portfolio was reprocessed by QI DTVM. | The confirmed portfolio is no longer valid. List the portfolios for the same date to get the current version. |
Rejections (reproved, reproved_by_agent) and the intermediate processing statuses do not trigger a webhook.

Configuration
The webhook URL and the portfolio types that trigger a notification (for example, only pre_quota) are configured by QI DTVM — there is no endpoint for this in your integration. Request it from the integration team at integracao.dtvm@qitech.com.br.
